Hi, I’m Betty, the founder of this tuition agency.
My journey started back in 2013, when I was pregnant with my first child.

At that time, I had already spent five years working in customer-facing roles, helping people solve problems, understanding their concerns, and making sure they felt supported. I enjoyed the work — but when I found out I was expecting, everything changed.

Like many parents, I wanted more time for my child and a career that would let me be present as a mother. I needed something meaningful, flexible, and still closely connected to what I was good at:

✔ understanding needs,
✔ and helping people find the right solutions.

That was when I stepped into the world of tuition matching.

I started small — just helping a few parents match tutors for their children. But very quickly, I realised something important:

**Parents don’t just need a tutor.

They need someone who truly listens.**

Someone who understands their child’s personality, learning struggles, schedule, confidence level, and what kind of tutor can actually help.
And that became the heart of my service.

Over the years, I’ve personally spoken to thousands of parents — each with their own worries, hopes, and expectations.
Through all those conversations, my approach has stayed the same:
